SkiftTake: Remote work and widespread Wi-Fi have led to an obsession with location-independent lifestyles making it an opportune time to carve out a niche in the market.
>> Volo is a peer-to-peer parking service that connects a user looking for a parking spot and another leaving one. Users pay a small fee around $4 to reserve the spot, which is given to the driver that waits for them to arrive.
SkiftTake: Peer-to-peer services attempt to bridge the gap between have and have not’s in terms of space and time; however, coordination can prove difficult in a situation as dynamic as city parking.
Skift Take: A new generation of travelers are looking past traditional companies to digital platforms that make coordinating and booking logistics easier and faster.
