This unique workout program features 5 sets of kettlebell exercises designed to work your upper body, lower body, and core, and give you a hit of cardio, all in just 30 minutes. These moves are fun and different from your traditional strength routine, so time will fly by before you even know it. You just need a kettlebell for this class. A mat is optional.
